International exchanges are given on a case by case basis; if you were given the wrong size, we will happily exchange for the correct size.
If you receive the size you requested but it doesn’t fit, we will aim to exchange for a different size if we have the item in stock.

You can update your personal details by logging into your account on the My FitFix website.
Once you have logged in, you will find the option to ‘Edit’ any of your personal or financial details including your banking information, address, product, size preferences and password to access your account.
If you ever need to close your subscription, you may pause, or cancel, anytime by logging into your account and editing your subscription or you can email us at [email protected]
BILLING QUERIES
Your first payment will be taken on the day you subscribe.
As of the following month you will be billed on the 11th of every month for the next box being shipped. We aim to ship on the 5th of every month.
Absolutely! You can cancel anytime at no cost whatsoever. There are no hidden fees or cancellation costs charged at anytime.
Conditions for cancelling are as follows:
- You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal date (which is the 11th of each month).
- You must cancel your subscription via your account profile by logging in and choosing the cancel subscription option.
- If you cancel your subscription and have recently paid your renewal, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period and your last box will be shipped as normal.
Yes, you can skip months (or more)!
To do this please log into your account on our website, and select the ‘skip box’ option.
When we have successfully completed your request we will send you a confirmation email, usually within 24 hours.
Please note that to skip an upcoming box you must do this at least 2 days before you are due to renew your subscription for that box
Of course! If you wish to purchase a subscription as a gift, at the checkout select ‘Gift Box’, this subscription will still recur monthly unless your turn off the automatic renewal upon purchase.
No refunds will be given for payments already paid.

Your My FitFix subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel by contacting us or using the cancel button via your user account.
Please note that to cancel a subscription we need at least 48 hours notice before the 1st of each month. This allows adequate time to cancel your account.
We currently offer a monthly recurring subscription. This means you will be charged at the time of signup and then on the 11th of every month after until cancellation.
Please remember to read all the details on your checkout page regarding the renewal and shipping dates.

COMMON QUESTIONS
My FitFix® is a monthly subscription box filled with premium fitness apparel exclusively for women.
It is the perfect way to treat yourself each month to new clothes, keeping you kitted out with the latest apparel on the market.
Choose your subscription package and tell us your preferred sizes and we will ship your box on the next shipment date (the 5th of each month).
This is an ongoing monthly subscription that you can skip, or cancel, at any time.
You have until the last day of the month to subscribe and receive the following month’s box (shipped on the 5th).
If you purchase after the last day of the month, you will receive the following months box.

SHIPPING FAQs
My FitFix ships internationally out of Bournemouth, England.
Shipping to the UK is free and there is a small fee for international shipping which is calculated at checkout.
We ship all subscriptions on 5th of each month.
If you purchase between the 1st and the last day of the month, your first box will be shipped the following month.
My FitFix® cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs during the international shipping process, however, if you do have issues we urge you to contact us in case there is something we can do.
Normal shipping times are 3-7 days for subscribers based in the UK.
International subscribers should expect to wait up to 2-3 weeks. Delays from customs etc. in your country may also occur.

THE BOXES
Like most subscription boxes, excitement and surprise is the name of our game!
You won’t find out what’s in your My FitFix box utill you receive it.
Your boxes are curated using the information and preferences you give us upon subscribing.
It is likely that the box you saw in the advert was a past box and so we cannot guarantee that you will receive those products that led you to sign up.
If there is a certain product that you like, check out our Online Store or get in contact via email, or social media.
Absolutely! You can switch from between either of our subscriptions.
You can do this by logging into your account and selecting ‘edit’ on the ‘Your Subscription’ menu.
To ensure you receive the correct box, please ensure you update your subscription 24 hours before your box is due to be shipped (5th of the month).
If we have made a mistake or misplaced an item, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
